Seller notes on the Solar System: The SunPower solar system was purchased in 2009 at a cost of $23,512.50 less a rebate of $7425. The panels are high efficiency 225 watt and the system is rated for 2.5 KW. The panels are coupled with a SunPower Inverter and a wireless monitoring system. It was inspected and approved for an interconnect with APS. They net the kWh power generated against my monthly usage. This can also be done yearly rather than monthly. The system uses Wi-Fi to communicate to SunPower and APS. When I upgraded my modem, it caused a communication problem with the Wi-Fi connection. I just had SolarOne (928) 2822569) upgrade the communication system at a cost of $1,000. Otherwise they are completely maintenance free and have cost me nothing since installation
